12-Month Warranty Policy

If a product is found to be faulty due to defective materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase, it will be repaired free of charge.

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:


Terms and Conditions:

  1. Notification of Fault:

    • Imperia International must be notified of the fault promptly.
    • Proof of purchase must be provided to an authorized Imperia representative.
  2. Warranty Limitations:

    • The warranty will be void if:
      • The product is modified, misused, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
    • This warranty applies only to products used within India.
    • The warranty is confined to the first purchase of the product and is non-transferable.
  3. Warranty Period:

    • The warranty period will not be extended beyond the original 12 months, even after repair.
    • Any replaced parts will become the property of Imperia International.
  4. Service Process:

    • A warranty card must be presented for service or replacement under warranty.
    • Repairs or replacements during the warranty will be at Imperia’s discretion:
      • If the entire unit is replaced, the same model will be provided. If discontinued, an equivalent model will be offered.
      • Refurbished parts may be used if new parts are unavailable. The warranty for replaced or refurbished parts will remain valid for the unexpired period of the original warranty.
  5. Repair and Replacement Timelines:

    • While every effort will be made to complete repairs promptly, no specific timeframe is guaranteed.
  6. Component Matching:

    • If internal or external colored components are replaced, shades, patterns, or tints may differ due to product usage. Any requests for matching components will be chargeable unless it pertains to the faulty component.
  7. Warranty Termination:

    • The warranty will terminate automatically after 12 months, regardless of whether the product was used during this period.
  8. Depreciation Policy:

    • In case of unforeseen situations or unavailable parts, Imperia’s prevailing depreciation policy (subject to change) will apply.
  9. Third-Party Items:

    • Customers must remove all third-party software, hardware, or parts prior to servicing. Imperia is not liable for any damage or loss of these items.
  10. Legal Jurisdiction:

    • Only courts in Chandigarh or locations with Imperia branch offices will have jurisdiction over any claims or disputes related to this warranty.

  • Imperia International reserves the right to retain replaced components or products.
