    Damaged Product Policy

    • If the product is damaged during transit:

      1. Take a photo of the damaged product.
      2. Email the photo to imperiainternational2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
      3. Include the following details in your email for faster processing:

        • Personal Details
        • Order Number

    Replacement Process

    1. After verifying your details, our support team will guide you on the next steps. This process may involve returning the damaged product to a specified address (details will be provided upon confirmation).

    2. If requested to return the product:

      • Share the courier details with us via email for tracking.
      • Once we receive your parcel, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3 working days.
    3. Courier Reimbursement:

      • The cost of returning the product will be reimbursed via PayTM upon confirmation of the returned parcel.
